By focusing on early detection and minimally invasive treatment of a broad range of diseases, they focus on improving patient care quality every day.


Currently, they are recruiting for a Territory Manager who will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Company’s Industrial product portfolio comprising of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), Analytical Instrumentation (ANI) and Industrial Microscopy on their territory.  The role involves demonstrating industrial equipment, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Managing all aspects of a sales territory
  • Hit sales target in region of vertical market
  • Meet sales force effectiveness KPIs including diary management, customer activity, sales lead generation/management
  • Lead selling process within territory/target accounts
  • Conduct business development within territory
  • Track and optimise selling effectiveness by leveraging CRM
  • Deliver training and offer sales support for current customers
  • Management of sales prospects on a customer database
  • Attending exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
  • Put together professional business cases
  • Sales presentations
  • Share best practices and support colleagues


Education and Experience


  • Degree level, or equivalent, with a science and/or engineering background
  • Previous sales experience desirable
  • Commercial acumen
  • Possess an expert knowledge in the field of Degree in science and/or engineering background
  • A full clean, UK driving licence



  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to present information in a structured and balanced way
  • Can use standard applications to process, obtain and combine information such as mail merges, databases etc.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
