Principal Responsibilities

  • Operate as a field service engineer completing installations, PPM, and customer service related activities.
  • First line telephone support for UK and Irish customers. Including equipment fault diagnosis, office-based service activity, and PC related enquires etc.
  • Responsibility for ISO9001:2015 quality management, system implementation and on-going management. Including customer concerns, CAPAs, FSCA, service/sales quality issues (Project Watson) and relevant process maps for field service activities
  • Complete margin analysis calculations and risk reviews for service contracts
  • Complete service-related elements relating to UK/Irish Tender submissions. These will include after-sales support from RRC and FSE, quality management sections, etc
  • Launch, implementation and audit of OEKG service business development proposals
  • Administration of service contracts database, service part number and price list maintenance within IFS, RRC liaison, attendance of OEKG service business update meeting, etc.
  • Provide continuous support to Field Service, management and business as and when required, including reporting on defined KPI’s.
  • Continued support and guidance for and within-field activities.
  • Effective communication with management on service business.
  • Regular reporting of service business activities, promotional initiatives and KPIs.
  • Service report updates and periodic performance review via General Manager and Quality meetings.
  • Completion of accreditation tasks required by the UI SSD Service business.
  • Support FS & CX management to maintain our service documentation in accordance with business requirements.
  • Provide feedback on sales leads to the relevant Territory Manager/Sales Specialist.
  • Provide in field service for the UI region as and when required.


Your Qualifications

  • Minimum ONC in Electronics or equivalent essential.
  • Experienced in field service activities and reporting

  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to present information in a structured and balanced way
