Currently, they are looking for an Product Manager to act as product owner during development (including user validation), planning, forecasting, production, marketing and post market surveillance of products at all stages of the product life cycle. Key Result Areas:

  • Successful new product introductions, where products fulfil user needs, achieve optimum launch timing, marketing is effective, appropriate SBC training is provided in a timely way and target product costs are met. 
  • Achievement of yearly sales target
  • Successful product discontinuations & obsolescence
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and observe customer, market, regulatory, and technical requirements, and define corresponding value propositions and needs for clinical studies
  • Contribute to the development of the product and portfolio strategy
  • Develop proposals for new products and features based on strategic product roadmap
  • Carry out procedure development in order to create new products and explore new markets
  • Create necessary process related documentation
  • Act as a communicator and translator between all involved departments (Sales, SCM, R&D (internal and external), Quality, Regulatory, Service, Training, Operations)
  • Manage partner relationships (suppliers, SBCs, distribution partners, end customers)
  • Understand, track, and analyse relevant KPIs (e.g. market sizes, procedure numbers, reimbursement rates, market prices, competition and market shares)
  • Conduct the life cycle management, e.g. to initiate product changes/improvements and the product phase-out and to contribute to post market surveillance
  • Undertake ‘train the trainer’ activities with customers

  • Liaison with R&D and other internal stakeholders

  • Will undertake any assignment or duty as required by business needs.


  • 5 years PM or Project management or Complex medical/technical Sales Experience or R&D experience in medical class developments.
  • Experience of clinical knowledge
